We do not guarantee eligibility for any grant, insurance benefit, discount, or FORTIFIED designation outcome. Final determinations are made by applicable programs, auditors, insurers, or other third parties.

4) No Guarantee of Results

While we work to provide accurate guidance and high-quality evaluation/documentation support, we do not guarantee:

  • approval of any grant application,
  • acceptance of any documentation submission,
  • issuance or renewal of any FORTIFIED designation,
  • any insurance premium reduction or coverage outcome,
  • any specific timeline or result.

Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including project scope, contractor work, homeowner decisions, third-party policies, and audit review.
